We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect product received
  2. Defective product received
  3. Incorrect size purchased

Exchanges are only valid on regular priced products purchased without promotional basis for the exact same design only. In the event that the exact same design is out of stock, exchanges will be allowed for other product.

Measurements stated may vary 0.5”-0.75”. Colors shown may deviate slightly in reality as different tech devices have different color calibration and specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be allowed.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchanges are applicable on regular priced products only.
  2. BEGA must be notified of an exchange within 10 days from date of invoice.
  3. For international orders, BEGA must be notified of an exchange within 12 days from date of invoice.
  4. An exchange will be done if the product(s) sent to you is defective. 
  5. If the defective product is still in stock, a replacement piece will be exchanged for you. In the event whereby the defective product is out of stock, store credits/refunds may be issued. The refund will only be made after the product is returned to us.
  6. Product must be returned in brand new condition, unwashed (without any stains or scents including but not limited to fragrances, detergent) in their original packaging with tags attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a brand new condition. 
  7. Exchanges have to be mailed back via a trackable postage mode. Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer. 
  8. Products can also be dropped off at any of our Singapore retail stores.
  9. For local orders, it is recommended to facilitate the exchange/return at our Singapore retail stores
  10. For all exchange/return request, please email us at for further instruction before returning the product(s) to us via postal delivery and before drop off at our Singapore retail stores.
