Welcome to BEGA.COM.SG. Kindly read through our terms and conditions to ensure a fuss free and enjoyable shopping experience. Through purchasing our products and services indicate that you have acknowledged, understood and agree to adhere to them. BEGA reserves the right to make amendments to any policy or terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. In the event of any dispute, BEGA reserves the right of final decision.

General

  1. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays (9:00AM - 6:00PM) and Saturdays (9:00AM - 1:00PM), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  2. For all order enquiry, kindly email us at orders@bega.com.sg with your order number.
  3. For urgent enquiry, please call us at +65 6361 0000 during office hours.

General Purchase and Delivery Info

  1. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product in the correct colors/sizes before you complete the checkout process. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong item is selected.
  2. Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a delay or lost of your package.
  3. Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
  4. In the event that we are unable to fulfil/ship your order due to out of stock or other unforeseen circumstances, an exchange or refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
  5. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).

Making a Purchase

  • Please note that by adding product(s) to your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the product(s). Product(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
  • In order to secure your purchase, kindly update your payment details via the “update payment link” found in your invoice within 24 hours (For IB payments only).
  • All orders will automatically be void if payment is not received and updated within this stipulated time frame. In the event where orders are void but an IB/ATM payment has been made, please email us at orders@bega.com.sg with your Order Number.
  • All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event product purchased is available on sale thereafter.

Payment

We accept local Internet Banking (IB) and PayPal transfers only.

  1. By default, prices are stated in Singapore Dollars. Payment will be charged in Singapore Dollars and your credit card company will convert the amount to your local currency.
  2. For payments via IB, kindly update your payment details via the link found in your invoice within 24 hours. Orders will automatically be cancelled after 24 hours.
  3. Our bank account details are as below:

Discount Codes

  1. If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discounts to be valid. No refund will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
  2. Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
  3. Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.

Existing Exclusive Members

  1. From 1st April 2016 onwards, existing BEGA exclusive members will be able to use your member discount for online purchase (bega.com.sg).
  2. Simply key in your membership number in the discount section during checkout and click on “Apply Discount” to enjoy 10% off regular priced products.

Becoming an Exclusive Member at our Singapore Retail Stores

  1. Spend $200 and above within 30 days to receive our exclusive membership card.
  2. Spend $300 and above in a single receipt to receive an immediate 10% discount and our exclusive membership card.
  3. Kindly note that accumulated receipts have to be presented to our retail staff for verification before our exclusive membership card is issued.
  4. To enjoy exclusive member discount online, simply key in your membership number in the discount section during checkout and click on “Apply Discount” to enjoy 10% off regular priced products.

Becoming an Exclusive Member on BEGA.COM.SG

  1. Spend $200 and above to receive our exclusive membership card.
  2. Your exclusive membership card will be mailed to you with your order.

  1. Enjoy 10% off regular priced products at our Singapore retail stores and online (bega.com.sg).
  2. Receive exclusive updates on new arrivals, latest promotions, exclusive members’ sale and events.

Exclusive Membership Programme Policy

  1. Membership is strictly non-transferable.
  2. Member discount is not applicable for accessories, belts, gift vouchers and sale products.
  3. Member discount is not applicable at our atrium sale.
  4. Kindly note that your member discount may not be combined with other forms of discount code, promotional code and/or sale products.
  5. The discount privileges, terms and conditions may be amended, or terminated without prior notice at the sole discretion of BEGA.
  6. Member discount may be used only at our Singapore retail stores and online (bega.com.sg).
  7. Membership number must be applied during checkout to enjoy membership discount.

Delivery

  1. Prices for each product are not inclusive of postage charges.
  2. For local orders, we provide local normal postage, local registered postage, courier service and self-collection.
  3. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days upon confirmation of order. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  4. BEGA is unable to amend orders and combine orders which were separately made once it is prepared for dispatch.

  1. All local delivery mails are handled by SingPost unless otherwise stated.
  2. Local registered mail is available at an additional $2.25.
  3. All local courier service are handled by Ta-Q-Bin unless otherwise stated.
  4. Self-collection at BEGA Westgate outlet is free.
  5. Email notifications will be sent once item is ready for collection at our outlet.
  6. Do note that BEGA will not be liable for any lost parcels in the event that normal postage is opted.

  1. International orders will be shipped via SingPost Registered airmail.
  2. Please ensure that you have read through our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Information before ordering.
  3. Any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that all international delivery times are subjected to customs clearance.
  4. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Delivery Charges

  1. Local Normal Delivery
  • For purchases below $20, local normal postage is chargeable at $1.70 per package.
  • For purchases above $20, local delivery is free.
  1. Local Registered Delivery
  • For purchases below $20, local registered postage is chargeable at $1.70 + $2.25 per package.
  • For purchases above $20, local registered postage is at an additional $2.25 per package.
  • For purchases above $80, local registered postage is free.
  1. Local Courier Delivery
  • For courier service, it is chargeable at a flat rate of $7.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect product received
  2. Defective product received
  3. Incorrect size purchased

Exchanges are only valid on regular priced products purchased without promotional basis for the exact same design only. In the event that the exact same design is out of stock, exchanges will be allowed for other product.

Measurements stated may vary 0.5”-0.75”. Colors shown may deviate slightly in reality as different tech devices have different color calibration and specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be allowed.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchanges are applicable on regular priced products only.
  2. BEGA must be notified of an exchange within 10 days from date of invoice.
  3. For international orders, BEGA must be notified of an exchange within 12 days from date of invoice.
  4. An exchange will be done if the product(s) sent to you is defective.
  5. If the defective product is still in stock, a replacement piece will be exchanged for you. In the event whereby the defective product is out of stock, store credits/refunds may be issued. The refund will only be made after the product is returned to us.
  6. Product must be returned in brand new condition, unwashed (without any stains or scents including but not limited to fragrances, detergent) in their original packaging with tags attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a brand new condition.
  7. Exchanges have to be mailed back via a trackable postage mode. Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer.
  8. Products can also be dropped off at any of our Singapore retail stores.
  9. For local orders, it is recommended to facilitate the exchange/return at our Singapore retail stores
  10. For all exchange/return request, please email us at srv@bega.com.sg for further instruction before returning the product(s) to us via postal delivery and before drop off at our Singapore retail stores.
