SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
After your payment has been verified with us, your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Delivery modes and costs are as follow:
Items sent under registered postage will be delivered to your doorstep 3-4 working days after it has been sent out by the postman and a notification slip will be given, advising how you can retrieve your items if no one is at the mailing address at the time of delivery.
Costs of registered postage are as follows:

*Kindly note that there is a weight limit of 2kg for any parcels. Order which exceeds this weight limit will have to be sent via Courier instead.
*Do note that BEGA will not be liable for any lost parcels in the event that normal postage is opted. Registered postage is highly advised.

Self-collection at BEGA outlet store(FREE)
Email notification will be sent when items are ready for collection.,
Store operating hours: 10:30am - 10:00pm.
*Please bring along your invoice for collection (a digital copy is also acceptable) to collect your parcel at outlet you selected from our staff.
*Please sign on our copy of the invoice, with your name and leave your contact number to acknowledge that you have collected your parcel.
Upon signature, the parcel is deemed to be collected and Beb is not liable for any missing parcels/items.
Items sent via Singpost Registered Airmail will be delivered in 4-12 working days, depending on your location
Costs of international delivery are as follows:
- Malaysia & Brunei
1st item - $4
Every additional item - $2 each
- All other countries
1st item - $8
Every additional item - $6 each
*Any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that all international delivery times are subjected to customs clearance.

BEGA will not be liable for any lost parcels in the event that normal postage is opted. Registered postage is highly advised.
Returned orders due to error in delivery information provided by customers, failure to collect within stipulated timeframe as indicated by the postal service, redelivery fees will be borne by the customer
Tampered, damaged or lost orders during delivery process will be investigated with the involved postal service provider and we will replace or refunded depending on situation.
BEGA shall not be liable to you for any losses, costs, damages, charges of expenses arising out of late delivery.
